During my 12 Years at Drivetrain, I’ve had the privilege of working on exciting projects that challenged me to push my boundaries and exceed my own expectations. The company culture is driven by a supportive management team, which has allowed me to take on new challenges and expand my role.

When I commenced with Drivetrain, I was given the opportunity to start my journey as a mature age Apprentice technician. Following the completion of my apprenticeship my leadership skills were recognised, and I was appointed to the role of Leading Hand. In this role I was exposed to how the business operates which has enabled me to take the next step in my career, as Workshop Manager.

Every time I felt I was ready for the next step there was an opportunity, and my development and progression were supported.
