Drivetrain provides a comprehensive range of engine and component spare parts for diesel-electric locomotives. We also offer maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for locomotive and engine components for EMD, GE, ALCo, Gardener Denver (GD) and Westinghouse models.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Drivetrain supply components and spare parts for locomotive engines, including locomotive bull gears, traction motor pinions, suspension bearings, as well as gear case seals and wick assemblies.

Drivetrain is one of only a handful of OEMs of large-frame turbochargers globally. We also provide advanced technical support including fault finding, failure analysis and feasibility studies for leading locomotive engine turbocharger brands.

Drivetrain can offer overhauls for the following components:

  • Turbochargers MRO-we have full turbocharger rebuild capabilities for the following models EMD 645E3/B and C, GE 7FDL, ALCo 320,520,720,131 and 165.
  • Compressor MRO- Gardener Denver WBO/ WLN, WBG, WXE and Westinghouse 3CDC Models
  • Water and oil pump MRO- EMD, GE and Alco
  • Fuel Pump support MRO- ALCo
  • Power assembly MRO- EMD and GE
  • Cylinder Head MRO- EMD and ALCo.

Drivetrain stock service exchange (utex) fuel injectors for EMD, GE and ALCo as well as utex fuel pumps for GE and ALCo.
